I am an instructional design and development specialist, skilled writer, engaging speaker, and devoted educator who works to bring innovative technology solutions, mindful practices, and systems thinking to higher education.

 

I have worked in higher education for over 15 years, and I am currently a doctoral candidate at Florida State University in the Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies program. Much of my work focuses on LGBTQ+ communities in academia, DEI strategic initiatives, equity-minded design practices, and human performance improvement.
